This is a drawing of a grown-up version of Webby Vanderquack from the Disney cartoon DuckTales that aired in the 1980s and '90s on the "Disney Afternoon".

Scott started out with a pencil drawing, then inked the final line work. He then scanned the drawing to work on it digitally in Paint Shop Pro.
