Subject and title[]
Scott drew a "garg-ified" movie poster parodying the film The Commuter, turning it into a Disney Gargoyles-related poster instead. The following is what Scott posted in the artworks description on his DeviantArt page:
The Commuter is a Liam Neeson movie from 2018. He's a regular dude, commuting on a train, that unexpectedly gets mixed up in some murder conspiracy. So I figured I could spoof that and replace him with Brendan Quarters from Disney's Gargoyles. Brendan, along with his wife Margot, ALWAYS seems to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Whether it's in the car, walking down the street, on the subway, in a bank, wherever. Brendan seems to always find himself getting mixed up with street thugs, terrorists, gargoyles, the wrath of his wife... I had to give poor Brendan some love here. Who DOESN'T love this guy?
Media[]
Scott drew this digitally on a Wacom tablet in Corel Painter.
