Scott completed the piece on May 9, 2022. He uploaded it to his DeviantART page the same day, and also to his Instagram page. On May 16, a few of the work-in-progress images were posted to his Patreon. More were added on May 30 and even more on June 13.
Subject and title[]
Because of his love of TV animation, Scott decided to do a little research and create a series of drawings for each year, depicting some of the TV cartoon characters that debuted those particular years. The characters depicted here debuted in 1966. They are Frankenstein Jr. (Frankenstein Jr and the Impossibles), King Kong (The King Kong Show), Batfink (Batfink), Tornado Man (The Mighty Heroes), Super Bwoing (The Super 6), Oliver Hardy & Stan Laurel (Laurel and Hardy), Scooter (The Space Kidettes), The Lone Ranger (The Lone Ranger), Space Ghost (Space Ghost), Superman (The New Adventures of Superman), Captain America (The Marvel Superheroes), Cool McCool (Cool McCool), and Klondike Kat (The Beagles).

Scott started out with pencil sketches, then inked the final line work. He then scanned the drawings and added some digital work in Paint Shop Pro.
