Cobra Commander is up to his old tricks again! is a combination of photography and digital manipulation by W. Scott Pattullo in 2017.
History[]
Scott took the photo on May 15, 2017 and completed the digital work on May 18. It was uploaded to his DeviantART page on the 18th.
Subject and title[]
Scott gave an explanation of the image on his DeviantART page:
ARBCO is from the old Marvel "G.I. Joe" comics back in the early 1980's. It was a front company for Cobra that allowed them to move vehicles, heavy weapons and bad guys unnoticed. They usually used large trucks, vans and semi's. This is a photo-manipulated image I did. The original word on the van and trailer was "ORBEA". So I just manipulated the words to make it ARBCO instead. (I also took the photo myself.)
Media[]
Scott took the photo with a smartphone, then added the digital work in Paint Shop Pro.
